UBTech Signs Cooperation with Infini Capital, Securing $1 Billion Strategic Financing Credit Line

Recently, UBTech announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Infini Capital, a well-known international investment institution. According to the agreement, the high-tech fund under Infini Capital will provide UBTech with a total strategic financing credit line of $1 billion, with financing methods including participating in placements, subscribing to convertible bonds, and granting cash withdrawal rights. The agreement also grants UBTech a fast financing channel with a $1 billion cash withdrawal right when needed.

Multiple Industrial Strategic Cooperations: Covering Equity, Industrial Chain and Middle East Layout

Moreover, the two parties have reached a number of industrial strategic cooperations: Infini Capital plans to increase its holdings of UBTech’s shares at an appropriate time, aiming to become an important shareholder of UBTech with a shareholding ratio not exceeding 5%; they will jointly invest in the upstream and downstream industrial chains of humanoid robots; Infini Capital will make full use of the previously invested AI and robot industry chain enterprises to assist UBTech in building humanoid robots with stronger functions and lower costs; and help UBTech explore the Middle East market, establish a joint venture in the Middle East, and plan to build a super factory, a R&D center and a Middle East headquarters in the Middle East.

UBTech’s Walker S Series Lands in Enterprises, Empowering Auto Parts Precision Assembly

As the “first stock of humanoid robots”, UBTech focuses on industrial application scenarios and has successively launched a number of products such as the industrial version of embodied intelligent humanoid robots WalkerS, WalkerS1 and WalkerS2, and has reached cooperation with many enterprises. At present, UBTech’s industrial humanoid robot Walker S series has entered the factories of many enterprises such as BYD, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Geely Automobile, FAW-Volkswagen Qingdao Branch, Audi FAW, BAIC New Energy, SF Express and Foxconn for training. In the automotive parts assembly process, it can seamlessly cooperate with the Automatic Quick-Connect Parts Assembly Machine, realize millimeter-level precise docking of quick-connect joints through visual recognition and force control feedback, and increase the efficiency of traditional manual auxiliary assembly by more than 30%.

UBTech Sets Global Record with Miyee Automobile’s 90.5115 Million Yuan Procurement Win

In addition, UBTech formally signed a procurement contract for large biped humanoid robots with customers in April, and further won the 90.5115 million yuan robot equipment procurement project of Miyee Automobile in July, setting a record for the highest single bid amount among global humanoid robot enterprises.

UBTech’s H1 2025 Performance: Revenue Grows 27.5% YoY Amid Accelerated Robot Application

With the accelerated implementation and application of humanoid robots, UBTech’s revenue is gradually expanding. According to the company’s mid-term performance report for 2025 released earlier, in the first half of this year, UBTech achieved a total revenue of 621 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.5%; a gross profit of 217 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.3%; and R&D expenses of 218 million yuan, accounting for 35.1% of revenue.

Revenue by Product: Educational & Consumer Robots Drive Growth

By product category, in the first half of the year, UBTech’s revenue from educational intelligent robots and intelligent robot solutions was 240 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.8%, accounting for 38.6% of total revenue; revenue from logistics intelligent robots and intelligent robot solutions was 56.163 million yuan, a slight year-on-year decrease of 5.7%, accounting for 9% of total revenue; revenue from custom intelligent robots and intelligent robot solutions for other industries was 63.8 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 29.8%, accounting for 10.3% of total revenue; and consumer robots and their hardware facilities contributed 260 million yuan in revenue, a year-on-year increase of 48.9%, accounting for 41.8% of total revenue.

UBTech Forecasts 500 Robot Deliveries, 1,000+ Annual Capacity in 2025

According to UBTech’s forecast, the company will deliver 500 industrial humanoid robots in 2025, and the annual production capacity of humanoid robots is expected to exceed 1,000 units.
