Groundbreaking Launch: A Cross-Domain Innovation in Robotics
On October 27th, it was announced that Dobot officially launched the world’s first ultra-bionic embodied intelligent agent, marking the first cross-domain application of physical effects in the robotics field.
Product Highlights: Bionic Performance & Market Positioning
In the official video, a Zhonghua Longniao (Chinese Long-tailed Bird) robot with vivid expressions and realistic movements was showcased, performing actions such as blinking, turning its head, and swinging its tail. The official video was tagged with #AI Toy# and #STEM Education#, indicating that the robot is mainly targeted at the education market and will enter the consumer-grade market.

Core Technologies, Long-Term Value & Company Background
According to media reports, the project integrates cutting-edge complex technologies including multimodal interaction, environmental perception, and motion control into a bionic carrier. Dobot stated that different dinosaur behaviors, interactive scripts, and educational courses constitute the “software” part of the project, which will spawn a sustainable content development and update industry, creating long-term value. At present, the specific parameters and characteristics of the product have not yet been disclosed. It is understood that Shenzhen Dobot Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of intelligent robotic arms and other intelligent hardware products. This March, Dobot launched and pre-sold the world’s first embodied intelligent humanoid robot with dexterous manipulation and straight-knee walking functions—Dobot Atom—with a starting price of 199,000 yuan. This robot can independently complete tasks such as making breakfast (including pouring milk, arranging fruits, toasting bread, and cooking bacon), arranging breakfast, receiving corporate clients, pouring coffee, delivering documents, and picking up parcels.
