Taking the Unveiling as a Starting Point to Focus on the “14th Five-Year Plan” Strategic Goals
Strive to build the smart manufacturing business into a “new engine” for profit growth of Poly China Light Industry by the end of the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, move towards the vision of “becoming an internationally renowned smart manufacturing service provider”, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of Poly China Light Industry.
Relying on the “Haisen + Changtai” Resources to Consolidate the Foundation for Collaborative Development
Build “physical + virtual” dual platforms, establish “talent + mechanism” dual guarantees, and strengthen “service + tackling” dual functions to promote the formation of a positive cycle of “promoting R&D through services and driving the market through R&D”.
Taking the Smart Manufacturing Research Institute as the Main Body to Tackle Key Tasks in the First Phase
Focus on the two core tasks of “standard formulation” and “industry breakthrough”, strive to be a “standard leader”, build a “demonstration model of virtual factory”, and establish and improve the “collaborative tackling” working mechanism. Specifically, it will carry out targeted technological research on key equipment in the medical and health field such as nebulizer assembly machines, develop intelligent upgrade solutions integrating data collection, real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, and set a benchmark for the intelligent transformation of special equipment in related industries.

Guided by Tasks to Systematically Plan the Work Roadmap
Coordinate the current tasks and future layout, and promote the smart manufacturing cause of Poly China Light Industry to accelerate the transition from “planning blueprint” to “realistic scenario” through collaboration.
