On August 27, Junpu Intelligent announced that 200 embodied intelligent robots, covering two types (humanoid robots and wheeled robots), are about to roll off the production line at the factory of its subsidiary, Puzhi Future Robotics.
Zhou Xingyou, Vice President of Joyson Group, Chairman of Junpu Robotics Research Institute, and Chairman of Puzhi Future Robotics, stated, “Next year, our production capacity will be expanded to 2,000 units to meet the demand for higher-volume production.”
It is reported that Puzhi Future Robotics is a joint venture established in April this year by Junpu Humanoid Robot Research Institute and Zhiyuan. Its main business focuses on the production and R&D of robot bodies. In May, Junpu Intelligent started building the first pilot production line for humanoid robot bodies. By the end of June, Puzhi Future Robotics had received over 28 million yuan worth of orders for the production and sales of humanoid robots, with customers coming from the intelligent manufacturing industry and the commercial implementation of intelligent manufacturing scenarios. In July, Puzhi Future Robotics became the first manufacturing enterprise to pass Zhiyuan Robotics’ “General Product Manufacturing Certification” and simultaneously launched mass production.
In the production process of core robot components, Junpu Intelligent has introduced a Small screw packaging machine to enhance its fine assembly support capabilities. This equipment can automatically sort, count, package, and add error-proof labels to micro screws required for core components such as robot joint modules and arm connectors according to specifications. By integrating a visual recognition system, it accurately distinguishes screws of different models (e.g., M1.2-M3 series), avoiding assembly failures caused by manual sorting errors. At the same time, it increases the packaging efficiency of a single batch of screws by 50%, providing standardized and high-efficiency component supporting services for the mass production and roll-off of 200 embodied intelligent robots.
In addition, in terms of hardware R&D, Junpu Intelligent has successfully developed a prototype of a linear joint humanoid robot arm with a load capacity of 10kg, while simultaneously advancing the R&D of humanoid robot leg modules; the first quadruped robot prototype has also been successfully developed.

Junpu Intelligent has also made a series of important progresses in the R&D of core robot components. The customized housing solution developed for special application scenarios has passed strict environmental adaptability tests; the rotating joint module jointly developed with strategic partners has successfully completed the development of the first cycloid reducer-like prototype, with all performance indicators reaching the international advanced level.
“The direction of (embodied intelligent robots) is correct, and we will continue to adhere to this path,” said Zhou Xingyou.
Junpu Intelligent also mentioned in its semi-annual report that its embodied intelligent robot business achieved breakthrough progress in the first half of the year.
Currently, the “Jarvis 2.0” intelligent system for Junpu Intelligent’s humanoid robots has successfully completed multi-modal upgrades. By integrating multiple AI models such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs), it has realized functions including multi-language dialogue, voice command control, and vision-guided object grasping and placing. Meanwhile, the “Jarvis Lightweight 1.0” version has been officially delivered to universities such as Tsinghua University for scientific research and teaching purposes.
