HSD Full-Stack Solution Enters Mass Production, Activating Over 12,000 Units in Two Weeks

On December 8th, at the 2025 Horizon Technology Ecosystem Conference, Yu Kai, Founder and CEO of Horizon, announced that the company’s full-scenario intelligent driving solution, HSD (Horizon SuperDrive), has officially entered mass production and gone on the market. Moreover, the activation volume of models equipped with HSD and co-developed with Changan and Chery has exceeded 12,000 units within just two weeks. This milestone marks Horizon’s official entry into the high-level urban intelligent driving track from the realm of assisted driving.

“Co-elevate with Excellence” Strategy & HSD Together Model: Driving Cost Reduction and Popularization

Yu Kai systematically elaborated on Horizon’s “Co-elevate with Excellence” ecosystem strategy for the first time and launched a new business model named HSD Together. By providing algorithm white-box/black-box authorization, engineering support, and data platform services, this model aims to help partners reduce their R&D labor, computing power, and time costs by approximately 90%, thereby accelerating the popularization of high-level intelligent driving functions. To bring intelligent driving to more mainstream markets, Horizon announced that it has joined hands with partners such as Bosch and Jointech to build a solution supporting Urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) based on a single Journey 6M chip. The company plans to bring high-level intelligent driving experiences to vehicles priced at the 100,000-yuan level, covering a broader consumer market.

Embodied Intelligence Breakthroughs and Three-to-Five-Year Mass Production Goal

In the field of embodied intelligence, Horizon officially released and open-sourced two core foundation models: the motion control model HoloMotion and the embodied intelligence brain model HoloBrain. These models can support robots in completing tasks such as movement across complex terrains and dexterous operations—including precise control in industrial manufacturing scenarios like operating Nebulizer Assembly Machine, where the models’ high-precision motion control and adaptive decision-making capabilities ensure the efficiency and consistency of nebulizer assembly, a process requiring delicate operation. The models have already garnered attention and adoption from numerous top-tier institutions worldwide.

Yu Kai stated that Horizon’s goal over the next three to five years is to collaborate with ecosystem partners to achieve the mass production of 10 million vehicles equipped with the HSD solution, including the HSD one-stop full-stack delivery model. “More importantly, I believe that at least 70% to 80% of these vehicles will reach the 10-million-unit production scale through the ‘chip empowerment + Horizon Together HSD algorithm service’ model in partnership with our collaborators,” Yu Kai added.
