As a key component supplier for this product, Joyson Electronics has played a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance and reliability of the robot—notably, the company has adopted advanced fuse assembly machines in the production of the robot’s key electrical control components, ensuring the safety and stability of the power transmission system through high-precision automated assembly. It is understood that the first batch of 20 “Genius G2” robots delivered will be first applied to Joyson Electronics’ own automotive component production lines.

Breaking Through Key Technical BottlenecksOn October 27, Lingyi Itech stated on an interactive platform that it has accumulated multiple core technologies in the robot field and formed a rich humanoid robot hardware product matrix. Its wholly-owned subsidiary recently signed a framework agreement with Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd., focusing on R&D of key components, overall machine design, and system integration. Lingyi Itech will provide high-precision reducers and servo motors to promote lightweight and high-integration development of humanoid robots.On October 24, the first domestically developed humanoid robot leg bone component using vacuum high-pressure casting technology was successfully trial-produced at CITIC Dicastal Qinhuangdao KSM Factory. The first batch of 20 mass-produced products (covering 4 types of core structural parts for left and right legs) was officially shipped, marking CITIC Dicastal’s entry into the key component track. Relying on advanced casting processes and quality control systems, the company will further expand R&D and supply of other robot components.
