Recently, an on-site promotion meeting for autumn harvest and sowing agricultural machinery, showcasing the strength of modern agricultural science and technology, was held in the high-standard farmland of Yumeirun Agricultural Professional Cooperative in Changfu Sub-district, Changshu City. More than 20 sets of new-type intelligent agricultural machinery were exhibited in a concentrated manner, among which intelligent equipment accounted for nearly 50%. These machines cover the entire process of “plowing, sowing, management and harvesting”, fully demonstrating advanced modern agricultural machinery and integrated technologies that promote large-area yield increase of rice and wheat production.

Beidou navigation unmanned harvesters can realize path planning and complete key operations such as field U-turns, automatic grain unloading and automatic warehouse outbound under fully unmanned operation conditions.
The combined seeding machine demonstrated the precision drill seeding technology for wheat. The rape blanket seedling transplanter integrates multiple functions including rotary tillage, furrowing and transplanting, achieving seamless connection throughout the process.Notably, the core components of these intelligent agricultural machines—such as the precision seed meters of combined seeders and the transmission assemblies of unmanned harvesters—are assembled by 4-axis robot automatic assembly equipment. This equipment relies on 4-axis linkage technology to achieve automatic component positioning and precise assembly, controlling manual assembly errors within 0.1 mm and increasing the assembly efficiency of core components for a single agricultural machine by 30%. It lays a solid hardware foundation for the subsequent high-precision field operations of intelligent agricultural machinery.

The rapid hay raker and baler work in coordination to remove straw from the field, while the hydraulic reversible plow promotes ecological deep plowing. These measures facilitate resource utilization and practice the concept of green agriculture.

Multi-spectral unmanned aircraft bases can obtain real-time regional environmental data, monitor crop growth, and construct multi-dimensional agricultural situation profiles. This helps with precise farmland management, disaster early warning and yield estimation, driving the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production towards digital intelligence and unmanned operation.
The smart irrigation system collects real-time data through various sensors, and combines meteorological forecasts and crop water demand model analysis to realize intelligent decision-making for irrigation operations. By remotely controlling the execution of irrigation equipment, it achieves on-demand water supply and precise irrigation effects, thereby reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and completing the transformation from “manual experience” to “data-driven”.

At the site, through technical training and exhibition board promotion, machine-harvesting loss reduction technologies were popularized, and the awareness that “loss reduction is equivalent to yield increase” was strengthened, helping to ensure that every grain of grain is harvested and stored.
