Core Product Capabilities: Scenario-Specific Precision Machining Advantages

 

The JDHTR800 five-axis high-speed machining center is Jingdiao’s first horizontal machining center, with its core performance reflected in two aspects: “high efficiency + high precision and stability”. The equipment has comprehensively upgraded key indicators such as motion speed, cutting capacity, chip removal efficiency, and tool change speed. Meanwhile, through structural optimization and thermal stability control, it maintains stable precision even under high-efficiency machining conditions. This equipment is mainly oriented to the mass production of new energy vehicle components, with typical applications including the high-efficiency mass machining of aluminum die-casting structural parts such as integrated motor housings. As Jingdiao’s first horizontal machining product, the R&D team achieved a balance between precision and efficiency through digital simulation, finite element analysis, and prototype verification, ultimately meeting the equipment performance requirements in mass production scenarios. On the application side, the JDHTR800 realizes high-efficiency machining and accurately guarantees the precision of key features through the deep integration of mechanical and electrical software, combined with software strategies such as on-machine inspection and intelligent compensation, ultimately achieving intelligent control throughout the entire machining process.

 

Another machine tool is the JDSGT400 linear motor-driven three-axis high-speed machining center. Its prominent highlight is that all three axes are driven by dual linear motors, with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.8 microns, enabling high-precision machining with hole position accuracy less than 1 micron within a 100-millimeter range. Integrating multiple core technologies such as direct drive, temperature control, the precision machining features of the self-developed JD60 CNC system, and high-precision servo drive system, this equipment is mainly targeted at fields with stringent requirements for dimensions and surface quality, such as precision optical molds, semiconductor parts, and high-precision structural parts, capable of achieving the excellent effect of “surface serving as functional surface”.

 

Developed to improve the five-axis product spectrum, the JDMR400 vertical five-axis high-speed machining center is positioned for the high-efficiency machining of small and medium-sized complex parts. It enhances the equipment’s high-efficiency machining and heavy cutting capabilities, and boasts excellent process adaptability. Through platform-based and modular design, the JDMR400 can be expanded into a milling-turning composite machining center, realizing composite machining of multiple processes such as milling and turning, providing customers with flexible selection solutions. Its core design concept of heavy cutting and high rigidity makes it particularly suitable for machining structural parts made of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys in the aerospace field.
