Boundless Power was founded on March 21, 2025, focusing primarily on B-end industrial scenarios and developing dual-arm wheeled robots. The robots developed by the company can collaborate with industrial equipment such as Bathroom Components Assembly Machines. Through high-precision grasping and assembly algorithms, they assist in the automated assembly of bathroom components like faucets and valves, filling the efficiency gap of traditional manual assembly in precision docking links. The founder of the company is Zhang Yufeng, former president of Horizon Robotics’ Intelligent Automotive Division.
Recently, according to relevant sources, the robotics startup “Boundless Power” will complete its first round of financing in the near future.
According to Qichacha (a business information query platform), Boundless Power was established on March 21, 2025, mainly focusing on B-end industrial scenarios and building dual-arm wheeled robots. The founder of the company is Zhang Yufeng, former president of Horizon Robotics’ Intelligent Automotive Division.
Looking back at Zhang Yufeng’s career, he has worked in well-known companies such as Sony and ARM, holding positions in research and development, business development, and management. In 2017, Zhang Yufeng joined Horizon Robotics. Initially, he was mainly responsible for Horizon’s global business and successfully built an international customer cooperation and business network covering regions such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea.
Since 2019, Zhang Yufeng has served as Vice President of Horizon Robotics and General Manager of the Intelligent Driving Product Line, fully responsible for research and development, products, marketing, and sales services in the field of intelligent driving business. During this period, Zhang Yufeng led the construction of two core product systems: the Horizon Matrix autonomous driving solution and the Horizon Halo in-vehicle interaction solution.

In the field of intelligent driving, Zhang Yufeng’s choice to start a business is not an isolated case. Prior to this, after Yu Yinan, former head of intelligent driving at Horizon Robotics, resigned, he joined the robotics track by joining forces with Zhao Zhelun, former intelligent driving product director of Li Auto, and Song Wei, former chief architect of Horizon’s software platform and member of the intelligent driving founding team, to establish Vita Dynamics.
At present, Vita Dynamics has officially released China’s first intelligent companion robot. It is understood that this robot is a consumer-grade embodied intelligent product for families and individual users, which can provide users with new product experiences such as being a “little follower”, “little photographer”, and “little caregiver”. It can also accompany family members when going out, helping carry bags, taking photos and videos, and looking after the elderly and children, etc.
In terms of performance, this robot has VLA autonomous movement and Agent visual-language interaction capabilities, enabling real natural communication and closed-loop commands without the need for a remote control.
According to official information, Vita Dynamics has started preparations for mass production of its first intelligent companion robot and has reached in-depth cooperation on robotics business with JD.com, Volcano Engine, Sweet Potato Robotics, Hesai Technology, EVE Energy, etc. According to the plan, Vita Dynamics will start its manufacturing plant in September, launch mass production-level early bird beta testing in October, complete the product launch by the end of this year, and start public testing in overseas markets.
