Against the background of the in-depth advancement of the “Artificial Intelligence +” initiative, the Tanggang Project of Jinlv Environment in Hefei High-tech Zone has officially launched the pilot operation plan for unmanned sanitation. As a national high-tech enterprise in the sanitation field, Jinlv Environment will adopt the new “technology-scenario-management” integrated paradigm to promote the sanitation work in the High-tech Zone into a new stage of intelligence and unmanned operation.

 

Building an Unmanned Demonstration Zone and Setting a New Benchmark for Smart Sanitation

 

With its wide, neat and clearly marked road environment, Hefei High-tech Zone provides an ideal scenario for the precise operation of unmanned cleaning vehicles. This pilot project will first be carried out on 5 core roads including Houdian Road, Dabieshan Road and Jimingshan Road, covering an operation area of about 80,000 square meters. Through the round-trip cleaning mode of “from right edge to left edge”, all-round and dead-end-free efficient road cleaning is realized.

 

Full-Stack Self-Developed Technology System to Build an Intelligent Operation Network

 

To meet the cleaning needs of roads with a width of more than 1.6 meters in the High-tech Zone, Jinlv Environment will put into use the JLL15SZTBR pure electric unmanned road sweeper. This model has the following core advantages:

 

Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving capability, equipped with a multi-sensor fusion system to achieve centimeter-level edge-following cleaning and dynamic obstacle avoidance;

High-efficiency cleaning performance, with a cleaning rate of ≥ 92%, a cleaning width of 1.4 meters, and continuous operation for more than 6 hours on a single charge;

Remote intelligent dispatching, supporting one-click task assignment, real-time status monitoring and automatic data feedback, realizing “separation of personnel and vehicles, and cloud-based management”.

 

Notably, the company’s core technologies in multi-sensor fusion, precision control and automated operation have also been extended to the field of medical device manufacturing, with the independently developed biological indicator assembly machine achieving sterile, high-precision assembly of microbial detection components. This cross-field technological application not only demonstrates the versatility of Jinlv Environment’s intelligent manufacturing platform but also consolidates its technical advantages in precision equipment R&D.

Scientific Scheduling and Route Planning to Achieve Refined Operation

 

The pilot project adopts a “three-stage” daily operation schedule, with a total daily operation time of about 7 hours and an operation speed controlled at 2-3 kilometers per hour. While ensuring the cleaning effect, it minimizes the impact on daily traffic. Each route is equipped with one piece of equipment to form an independent closed-loop operation unit, ensuring clear responsibilities and comprehensive coverage.

 

From Demonstration to Commercialization, Building a New Path for Smart Sanitation

 

This pilot is not only a technical verification, but also an important step towards commercial operation. Jinlv Environment will be equipped with full-time unmanned operation managers and a dedicated after-sales team to ensure the stable operation and rapid response of the vehicles. The project will reduce reliance on front-line labor, improve the standardization and safety of operations, and accumulate data and experience for the subsequent promotion in the entire district and even the whole city.
