Spray Pump Assembly Machine
Our full-automatic spray pump assembly machine solves pain points of low manual efficiency, poor airtightness, and high labor costs in daily chemical and cosmetic packaging industries. As core spray pump assembly equipment, it integrates advanced PLC control and servo-driven positioning, ideal for personal care, household cleaning, and cosmetic brands upgrading production lines.
It achieves full-process automation (pump core feeding, valve assembly, spring installation, airtightness testing) with 1800–2800 pcs/hour (customizable), replacing 6–8 workers. Multi-station intelligent inspection ensures ±0.03mm assembly precision and a 98.5%+ qualification rate.
GMP-compliant with 316L stainless steel and food-grade parts, it supports fine mist, trigger, and nasal spray pumps. 3-minute quick-change fixtures enable seamless model switching, integrating smoothly with filling and capping lines to boost efficiency and cut operational costs.
After the equipment has been assembled and debugged, we will select suitable packaging materials to properly protect the equipment. This will effectively safeguard it against impacts, moisture, and ensure it is firmly secured, guaranteeing that the equipment arrives at its destination intact.
