Multiple Entities Jointly Released Integrated Application Scenarios at the 2025 Beijing Internet Conference on September 25

 

On September 25, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Communications, together with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), China Unicom Beijing Branch, China Mobile Beijing Branch, China Telecom Beijing Branch, Baidu, and Volcano Engine, released a number of “ICT + AI” integrated application scenarios at the “Intelligent Creation for a ‘New’ Beijing” – 2025 (22nd) Beijing Internet Conference.

 

Multiple Entities Leverage Their Strengths to Launch Applications in Five “ICT + AI” Segmented Fields

 

China Unicom Beijing Branch utilized core AI technologies such as intelligent agents and multimodality, integrated with the Yuanjing Large Model and automation technologies, to build an enterprise-level digital and intelligent office platform for North China Building Materials Group, achieving efficiency improvement. Relying on its technological accumulation in the “Jiutian” Large Model field, China Mobile Beijing Branch created an AI large model training and inference intelligent agent platform, which helped launch the “Lanying” Large Model for the transportation infrastructure industry, improving the efficiency of defect detection and BIM modeling, and empowering the entire chain of the transportation infrastructure sector. China Telecom Beijing Branch built a high-accuracy intelligent Q&A system in the education field based on the Xingchen Large Model, significantly enhancing the accuracy and compliance of education policy consultation and student employment recommendation services. Besides, in the intelligent manufacturing segment, a leading electronic equipment enterprise in Beijing, in collaboration with local ICT service providers, has developed a 4-Axis Robotic Small Product Assembly System integrated with “ICT + AI” capabilities — the system uses AI visual recognition to identify tiny components (as small as 2mm) and automatically calibrate assembly positions, while relying on 5G private network technology to realize real-time synchronization of assembly data with the factory’s MES system, reducing manual intervention by 80% and cutting the assembly cycle of small electronic parts (such as chip connectors and sensor modules) by 40%, setting a benchmark for flexible manufacturing upgrades. Baidu launched “Miaoda” – a no-code application building platform that enables “creating an application with one sentence”; through the collaboration of multiple intelligent agents and natural language interaction, it realizes the generation of complete applications with zero code. Volcano Engine built an AI intelligent ordering system, enabling “ordering with one sentence” and personalized services, and joined hands with Luckin Coffee to construct an efficient, secure, and human-centered new ecosystem for intelligent consumption.
