The announcement showed that the company expects to achieve net profit attributable to shareholders of 21 million to 30 million yuan in 2025, representing a turnaround from a net loss of 34.5011 million yuan in the same period last year.

In its performance forecast, Delong Laser attributed its improved 2025 results to three main factors:

Designed for 12-inch silicon memory chips, the equipment fully supports SDAG (Stealth Dicing After Grinding) and SDBG (Stealth Dicing Before Grinding) processes, and is especially suitable for stealth dicing and pre-thinning processing of ultra-thin wafers with a thickness of 35–85μm. This product has received orders from leading domestic memory chip manufacturers and passed mass production verification at client sites.
In the solid-state battery sector, the company’s balancing insulation equipment has successively obtained orders from top customers, further verifying the engineering feasibility and reliability of this process.
