The two parties reached a cooperation intention on humanoid robot-related businesses, focusing on the R&D, supply and scenario application of joint modules. This cooperation is a key initiative for Zhongyuan Internal Combustion Engine Parts to expand into the field of core components for humanoid robots, building on the steady growth of its original main business of auto parts, which helps seize the first-mover advantage in this emerging track.

Guangyang Co., Ltd. announced in a public notice that on December 23, Changzhou Guangyang Bearing Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Konfair Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
