The world’s first robot 6S store opens in Longgang, Shenzhen

According to a report by Southern Metropolis Daily, the world’s first robot 6S store recently opened at the Robot Theater in Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. This unique business model breaks the single mode of traditional robot retail, pioneering the integration of six major functions: robot Sales, robot Spare parts, robot after-sales Service, robot information Survey, robot lease, and robot Customized services. It realizes efficient connection between supply and demand, paving the way for robots to enter thousands of households.

Zhiyuan Robotics releases the first action-driven world model

On July 27, Zhiyuan Robotics launched “GenieEnvisioner”, the industry’s first open-source platform for world models for real-world dual-arm robots. This platform integrates three core capabilities: prediction, control, and evaluation, providing an end-to-end, integrated solution for robots to move from “seeing” to “acting”, allowing robots to rehearse in the digital space before going into operation.

The world’s first 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games to be held in Beijing in August

Hosted by the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, China Media Group, the World Robot Cooperation Organization, and the International Council of the Asia-Pacific Robot World Cup, the world’s first comprehensive event centered on humanoid robots – the World Humanoid Robot Games – will be grandly held at the National Speed Skating Oval (“Ice Ribbon”) in Beijing from August 14 to 17. Kuowei Intelligence releases second-generation humanoid robot

On July 27, Kuowei Intelligence held a launch event for its new product DexForceW1Pro at the WAIC World Artificial Intelligence Conference. As an upgraded version of W1, it has achieved an all-round innovation in the robot’s hardware and software algorithms and development toolchain. The newly self-developed binocular pure vision sensor enables DexForceW1Pro to have high-precision pure visual 3D perception capabilities, allowing it to accurately identify and locate objects with sub-millimeter precision operation capabilities.

Qinglang releases new bipedal humanoid embodied service robot

On July 26, Qinglang Intelligence launched a new bipedal humanoid embodied service robot XMAN-F1, as well as ProS, the first job-specific vertical model for the service industry. By combining general large models to provide cross-scenario basic capabilities, XMAN-F1 has achieved a leap from single-task execution to full-scenario service closed-loop. It can realize standardized service closed-loops in segmented fields such as restaurants, hotels, and retail, and is capable of standardized operations in positions such as meal preparation, food distribution and table cleaning, and room tidying.

Yuequan Bionics releases multiple bionic robot new products

On July 26, Yuequan Bionics released a number of new products at the “2025 Bionic Robot and Bionic Intelligence Conference 暨 International Bionic Academy Establishment Conference”, including the 11-degree-of-freedom sensitive tactile perception bionic hand X-Hand M1, the world’s most free-degree bionic dexterous hand Y-Hand M1, the full-size general humanoid robot X-Bot, and the world’s smallest chassis wheeled humanoid robot W-Bot.

Hubei establishes a 10 billion yuan humanoid robot mother fund

On July 26, Wuhan Investment Holding Group and East Lake High-tech Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement. One of the core contents is that Wuhan Fund, a subsidiary of Wuhan Investment Holding Group, together with Changjiang Securities and East Lake High-tech Zone, will jointly initiate the establishment of Hubei Humanoid Robot Mother Fund with a total scale of 10 billion yuan. At present, the first phase of the fund with 5 billion yuan has been established and registered with the Asset Management Association of China, 具备 investment conditions.

China’s first open-source HarmonyOS robot operating system goes open-source

On July 24, at the 2025 OpenAtom Open Source Ecosystem Conference, Wang Chenglu, CEO of Shenkaihong, announced the official launch of the M-Robots open-source project. Incubated by the OpenAtom Foundation and initiated by Shenkaihong, this project aims to build a unified robot operating system M-RobotsOS based on open-source HarmonyOS through open-source co-construction, promoting ecological integration, capability reuse, and intelligent collaboration in the robotics industry.

Luming Robotics to reach strategic cooperation with Mitsubishi Electric

On July 24, Lumos Robotics and Mitsubishi Electric Intelligent Manufacturing Technology (China) Group Co., Ltd. formally reached a strategic cooperation. According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly develop core components for the next-generation industrial humanoid/quadruped robots (such as high-performance servo drivers and lightweight joint modules). A joint laboratory will be established in Suzhou/Shanghai, opening Luming Robotics’ testing platform and Mitsubishi Electric’s automation technology resources to carry out key technology verification and standard research.

Tesla’s third-generation robot to enter China’s C-end market soon

Sources from Tesla revealed that the third-generation Tesla robot is currently undergoing actual testing at a U.S. factory. It is expected to be launched in China’s C-end market in 2025, entering consumer scenarios such as households. Mass production is expected in 2026, with a plan to produce 1 million units annually within five years.
