On August 18, Xindong Lianke released its semi-annual report for 2025. The report shows that the company achieved leapfrog growth in performance in the first half of the year, with operating income and net profit both hitting new highs for the same period in history. The market penetration rate of its core product, high-performance MEMS inertial sensors, in high-end industrial and unmanned systems and other fields continues to rise, showing strong development momentum.

 

Revenue and net profit double growth

 

In the first half of 2025, Xindong Lianke achieved an operating income of 253 million yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 84.34%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 154 million yuan, a year-on-year surge of 173.37%; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 148 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 210.65%. The performance growth rate ranks among the top in the semiconductor sensor field.

 

The high growth in performance is mainly due to the rapid volume increase of the company’s products in the high-end market. With core advantages such as leading performance and independent research and development, the company’s products have passed downstream user verification and been introduced in batches. The application fields have expanded from traditional scenarios such as oil exploration and surveying to emerging fields such as commercial aerospace, intelligent driving, and low-altitude avionics systems. During the reporting period, 158 million yuan of the 270 million yuan large order obtained by the company at the beginning of the year has been delivered as planned. The number of new customers and customers receiving sample testing continues to increase, providing solid support for performance growth.

 

Core business makes breakthroughs in multiple areas

 

As a leading enterprise in the field of domestic high-performance MEMS inertial sensors, Xindong Lianke focuses on the research and development and industrialization of core products such as MEMS gyroscopes and accelerometers. In the first half of the year, the company’s product line continued to iterate and upgrade:

 

In the field of gyroscopes: The performance of Z-axis gyroscopes has been further improved. Monolithic three-axis gyroscopes and industrial-grade gyroscopes have completed multiple rounds of tape-out and continue to be improved, with precision indicators benchmarking against international first-class levels;

 

In the field of accelerometers: High-performance resonant accelerometers (FM accelerometers) have achieved mass production capacity and small-batch shipments. Their performance is an order of magnitude higher than that of traditional products, which can replace quartz accelerometers and meet the market demand for miniaturization and low cost; Monolithic two-axis and three-axis products have been successfully developed, with significantly enhanced integration and applicability;

 

In the field of pressure sensors and IMU modules: Small-range pressure sensors have been finalized for mass production and supplied in small batches. IMU modules suitable for automatic driving and low-altitude avionics systems have entered the stage of customer sample delivery and airworthiness certification. The research and development of 6-axis automotive-grade IMU is advancing steadily.

 

It is worth noting that in the precision assembly link of sensor production, the Small screw packaging machine introduced by the company has played a key role. This equipment can automatically count, arrange and seal micro fixing screws with a diameter of 0.8-2mm inside the sensor, and cooperate with the production line automation system to complete accurate feeding. It has increased the screw assembly efficiency of a single sensor by 40% and reduced the product defect rate caused by inconsistent screw specifications through error-proof design, providing stable process guarantee for the large-scale mass production of high-performance sensors.

 

In terms of R&D investment, the company’s R&D expenses in the first half of the year reached 58.1051 million yuan, accounting for 22.95% of operating income, a year-on-year increase of 8.17%. As of June 30, it has accumulated 32 invention patents, 24 utility model patents, and 3 integrated circuit layout designs, forming a technical closed loop in MEMS chip design, process scheme development, packaging and testing, and other links, with core competitiveness continuously strengthened.
