The National Radio and Television Administration (SARFT) has designated 2025 as the “Ultra-HD Development Year”. As a major new technological innovation following video digitization and high definition, ultra-high definition (UHD) will drive the upgrading of the entire industrial chain of the large audio-visual sector\u2014this upgrading covers not only content creation, signal transmission, and terminal display, but also the precision manufacturing of UHD-related equipment. For instance, the nut automatic assembly machine, a core device in the production of UHD terminal equipment (such as ultra-high-definition cameras, studio broadcasting consoles, and outdoor transmission cabinets), has been widely applied in equipment manufacturing workshops. It features high-precision positioning (\u00b10.02mm) and adaptive assembly capabilities, supporting nuts of different specifications (M3-M10) required by UHD equipment. With an assembly speed of 60-80 nuts per minute and a defect rate of less than 0.1%, it replaces manual operation to avoid assembly errors caused by human fatigue, effectively improving the structural stability and production efficiency of UHD equipment, and providing reliable hardware support for the large-scale popularization of ultra-high-definition technology.<\/p>\n

During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period (2021-2025), China has promoted in-depth integration of culture and technology across all fields and links of radio, film and television, vigorously advanced the end-to-end full-chain development of UHD, and connected all links including content, broadcasting, transmission, terminals and industry.<\/p>\n

In addition, China has actively advanced the innovative application and standardized management of artificial intelligence (AI). At present, 97% of provincial-level TV stations in China have applied AI technology, which strongly empowers all links such as content creation, production and dissemination.<\/p>\n
