It enables adaptive assembly of components with different sizes and materials through quick changeover of tooling fixtures, and integrates technologies like visual positioning and force control feedback to optimize process parameters in real time. Suitable for complex and precise assembly in fields such as electronic manufacturing (e.g., precision connectors, semiconductor packaging), automotive and new energy (e.g., powertrains, battery modules), medical, and aerospace (e.g., implantable devices, aero-engine components), it achieves a positional repeatability of ±0.01mm, force control accuracy of ±0.01N, and visual positioning accuracy of ±5μm, meeting the sub-millimeter to micrometer-level assembly precision requirements for scenarios such as MEMS component picking, chip-level packaging, and high-precision bolt tightening.
