Guide: It is reported that Avatr\u2019s 5G new factory is the world\u2019s first full-domain 5G digital-intelligent AI flexible super factory. The factory has adopted more than 40 advanced technologies such as 5G, AI, and digital twins, with an equipment automation rate of 100% and ultra-high efficiency. On average, a new vehicle rolls off the production line every 60 seconds, and it also supports cross-brand co-line production.<\/p>\n

As of July 27th, Avatr\u2019s 5G new factory was officially unveiled. Located in Chongqing, the factory is jointly built by Changan Automobile, Huawei, China Unicom, and other companies.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that this factory is the world\u2019s first full-domain 5G digital-intelligent AI flexible super factory, aiming to digitize the entire manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

The factory has applied more than 40 advanced technologies including 5G, AI, and digital twins, with an equipment automation rate of 100% and extremely high efficiency. On average, one new car rolls off the production line every 60 seconds, and it also supports cross-brand co-line production.<\/p>\n

The Avatr brand was co-founded by Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL. Changan Automobile is responsible for vehicle design, production, sales, and other services; Huawei provides intelligent solutions (HI mode); and CATL supplies batteries as standard for all models.<\/p>\n

In August last year, Avatr Technology also spent 11.5 billion yuan to acquire a 10% stake in Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huawei, becoming its second-largest shareholder.<\/p>\n

In February this year, Huawei even sent a team of nearly 300 people to settle in Avatr Technology\u2019s Chongqing headquarters. The two parties launched joint co-creation on product definition, user insight, and marketing strategies for the second-generation products.<\/p>\n

According to the plan, Avatr will launch a brand-new and disruptive large six-seater million-level flagship SUV in 2026, and will roll out 17 new products by 2030, forming a complete product matrix covering sedans, SUVs, sports cars, and MPVs.<\/p>\n
