On March 9, Estun Automation was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 02715.HK). This marks another important move in the capital market for Estun, following its listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015 (stock code: 002747.SZ). Estun has also become the first enterprise in China’s industrial robot sector to achieve an “A+H” listing.
On the morning of the listing ceremony, government officials, investment institutions, intermediaries, and Estun’s management gathered at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to witness this historic moment. At 9:30 a.m., Mr. Wu Bo, Chairman of Estun, Mr. Wu Kan, President of Estun, together with leaders from various sectors, struck the golden listing gong, officially announcing Estun’s entry into the Hong Kong capital market.

In this Hong Kong IPO, Estun offered 96.78 million shares globally and successfully introduced a number of well-known investment institutions, including Harvest Oriental, Hengtong Optic-Electric, and Dream’ee HK Fund. This fully reflects the high recognition of Estun’s development prospects from the international capital market.
