To gain an in-depth understanding of the new trends in green and low-carbon development and the new demands for standardization in the packaging industry, and to promote high-quality development of the industry, from September 8th to 10th, Wang Li, Chief Engineer of China Packaging Federation, led a team to Shenzhen and Foshan. They conducted research and exchanges on standardization work with four key packaging manufacturers, including Shenzhen Tongchan Lixing Technology Group Co., Ltd., Foshan Huaxin Hengfeng Polyester Packaging Co., Ltd., Foshan Nanfang Packaging Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Shensaier Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Tongchan Lixing Technology Group Co., Ltd.
During their visit to Shenzhen Tongchan Lixing Technology Group Co., Ltd., the research team visited the enterprise’s superior product exhibition area and the “863” Testing Center, and learned in detail about its innovative achievements in segmented fields such as cosmetic packaging and plastic containers, especially its practices in green material research and development, exploration of circular economy models, and intelligent manufacturing. At the symposium, Deng Kangcheng, Director of Tongchan Lixing, introduced the enterprise’s development direction and standardization needs, and both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the planning of green and low-carbon standards for the industry.
Foshan Huaxin Hengfeng Polyester Packaging Co., Ltd.
At Foshan Huaxin Hengfeng Polyester Packaging Co., Ltd., the research team conducted an on-site inspection of the polyester bottle production line, learned about the preform manufacturing and bottle blowing processes, and exchanged views with the enterprise on the green and low-carbon development path of rigid plastic packaging. Yu Changyun, Director of Huaxin Hengfeng, put forward suggestions on the green evaluation system for packaging products. The research team carefully listened to the enterprise’s demands and proposed directions for further improving the development of green standards.
Foshan Nanfang Packaging Co., Ltd.
As a senior enterprise in the industry, Foshan Nanfang Packaging Co., Ltd. has rich experience and technical accumulation in the field of plastic packaging. The research team visited the enterprise’s product display and production workshop, and held discussions with COO Li Yonghua and several technical supervisors. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on international standard information services, the formulation of green and low-carbon standards, and other aspects.
Shenzhen Shensaier Co., Ltd.
As an upstream enterprise in the packaging industry chain, Shenzhen Shensaier Co., Ltd. has long focused on the research, development and application of water-based ink technology, contributing to the green transformation of packaging and printing. The research team visited Shensaier’s R&D and testing department and listened to Liu Guomin, Chairman, introduce the research progress and application prospects of water-based inks. Both parties exchanged views on the technical requirements and future trends of environmentally friendly inks in the packaging industry. Luo Shaomin, President of Shenzhen Packaging Association, and Liu Ying, Secretary-General, also participated in the discussion to jointly look forward to cooperation opportunities.
This research has strengthened the communication and cooperation between China Packaging Federation and enterprises, effectively promoting the coordinated development of greenization and standardization in the packaging industry. China Packaging Federation will continue to play its leading role in the industry, gather forces from all parties, take standardization as a starting point, and jointly draw a new blueprint for the innovative, green and sustainable development of the packaging industry.
