All-in-One Lip Gloss Assembly Machine
Our all-in-one lip gloss assembly machine eliminates cosmetic packaging pain points like low manual efficiency, inconsistent assembly precision, and skyrocketing labor costs. As integrated lip gloss assembly equipment, it combines advanced PLC control and servo-driven positioning, perfect for cosmetic brands and makeup manufacturers seeking streamlined production lines.
It delivers one-stop automation from bottle feeding, brush head mounting, inner plug fitting to leak testing, with a customizable capacity of 2000–3000 pcs/hour, replacing 6–8 workers. Multi-station smart inspection ensures ±0.03mm precision and a 98.5%+ qualification rate.
GMP-compliant with 316L stainless steel and food-grade parts, it supports tube, wand, and cushion lip gloss types. 3-minute quick-change fixtures enable seamless model switching, integrating smoothly with filling and labeling systems to boost efficiency and cut operational costs.
After the equipment has been assembled and debugged, we will select suitable packaging materials to properly protect the equipment. This will effectively safeguard it against impacts, moisture, and ensure it is firmly secured, guaranteeing that the equipment arrives at its destination intact.
