As an intelligent equipment service provider, Topstar will reveal how it achieves a closed loop from core components and whole-machine integration to scenario application based on three core product lines, centering on humanoid robots:
Upstream – Core Technology and Key Component Manufacturing
A 5-axis CNC machine tool equipped with self-developed high-performance spindles and high-rigidity, high-torque GTRT gear-driven cradle turntable technology provides high-precision cutting capabilities specifically for the core components of humanoid robots. Meanwhile, the Robot Vision -paikannusautomaattinen kalvonlevitin will also be displayed on-site. Relying on Topstar’s self-developed vision algorithm, this equipment can accurately identify the surface contours and film application reference points of robot casings and core components, automatically plan film application paths, and control the execution mechanism to complete bubble-free and non-offset film application operations. With a film application accuracy of ±0.05mm, a single device can complete film application for over 300 components per hour. It provides efficient protection for the surface protection and appearance consistency of robot core components, demonstrating Topstar’s technological accumulation in the field of precision manufacturing auxiliary equipment.
Midstream – Whole-Machine Integration
Based on modular design and an integrated control system, precise assembly and performance debugging of mechanical structures, electrical systems, and motion units are realized, ensuring the coordinated optimization of the robot’s overall power, precision, and reliability.
Downstream – Scenario Implementation and Intelligent Application
Embedded with the “intelligent cerebellum” – the new-generation X5 intelligent robot control platform – and relying on the industry-specific model jointly trained by Topstar and Zhipu AI, it connects the “key links” between the dedicated model and the robot body, forming a closed loop of “process data → AI model → execution”.
