To improve the utilization efficiency of vacated low-efficiency industrial space, revitalize stock resources, and release high-quality industrial space, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission recently approved the fund application report for the Phase I (Startup Area) project of the High-End Instrument Industry Base. After the transformation, the project plans to introduce a number of high-end instrument R&D and production enterprises, and build a perovskite battery pilot workshop, a Guoke Instrument pilot platform, etc. Upon reaching full production capacity, the annual output value will be no less than 1.5 billion yuan.<\/p>\n

Revitalizing Stock Resources, Rejuvenating the Industry<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The project is located in Block 0212, Central Area of Huairou Science City, Huairou District, Beijing. The total construction area for transformation is 15,477.76 square meters, and the construction content mainly includes green and energy-saving transformation projects, structural reinforcement projects, HVAC system transformation projects, fire protection system transformation projects, etc.<\/p>\n

Green and Low-Carbon, Space Remodeling<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the coordinated transformation of multiple systems, a green and energy-saving park will be built. The project implements high-level green and energy-saving transformation, emphasizing the utilization of renewable energy. By adopting environmentally friendly materials, water-saving appliances, and energy-saving equipment, carbon emissions are reduced, and solar photovoltaic equipment is installed, achieving a comprehensive energy-saving rate of 23.96%.<\/p>\n

It will build a complete high-end instrument industrial chain and promote the development of industrial clusters. After the transformation, the project will focus on the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in the field of instrument sensors, build an industrial common technology platform, and introduce intelligent production equipment such as sheet automatic loading robot<\/u><\/a>s<\/span>\u2014these robots will realize automated, high-precision loading of metal or non-metallic sheets for core instrument components, improving production efficiency and reducing material waste while ensuring processing consistency. This will improve the industrial chain, accelerate the application of scientific and technological achievements, and promote the innovative development of the high-end instrument and equipment and sensor industry.<\/p>\n

The visitor experience will be optimized<\/strong>, and public service functions will be supplemented. Through internal and external transformation, the project will create an open park covering a large area of public green space. The project unit will self-raise funds to build 157 public parking spaces, providing walking space and parking guarantees for visitors in the park and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n
