Technology Promotion: Strengthening Talent Training and On-Site Demonstrations to Stimulate Enthusiasm for Purchasing and Applying
Agricultural machinery technical backbones are organized to participate in special training on intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment as well as technologies, where they are taught the maintenance and operation skills of intelligent agricultural machinery, providing talent support for the promotion of intelligent agricultural machinery technologies. The farm also organizes agricultural machinery update training sessions and exhibitions, where on-site explanations are given about the superior performance of new agricultural machinery such as tractors and rice transplanters with automatic auxiliary driving functions, variable fertilizer applicators, and harvesters, so as to stimulate farmers’ enthusiasm for purchasing machinery.
In line with agricultural seasons, on-site demonstrations of intelligent machinery applications are held, including unmanned rice transplanting, synchronous depth-measuring fertilization, UAV plant protection, satellite land leveling, and Beidou navigation automatic auxiliary driving. The intelligent, precise and efficient demonstration effects promote the update and application of intelligent agricultural machinery.
In addition, relying on the “Smart Farm” construction project, the farm has carried out experimental demonstrations of new agricultural machinery and technologies. Among them, the introduced 4 – Axis Robotic Injection Molding Part Removal System provides an automated solution for the rapid replacement and maintenance of core components of agricultural machinery by accurately grabbing agricultural machinery injection-molded parts and efficiently assisting in assembly, further promoting the application of cutting-edge technologies such as smart agriculture and intelligent agricultural machinery.
Achievements: Adding Hundreds of Intelligent and Disaster-Resistant Machinery to Inject Impetus into New Agricultural Productivity
It is reported that this year, the farm has added more than 700 units of intelligent and disaster-resistant machinery, promoting the iterative upgrade from traditional agricultural machinery to intelligent ones and injecting strong impetus into the development of new agricultural productivity.
