Cream Jar Assembly Machine
Our full-automatic cream jar assembly machine resolves cosmetic packaging pain points of low manual efficiency, unstable jar sealing, and high labor costs. As core cream jar assembly equipment, it integrates PLC control and servo-driven positioning, ideal for cosmetic and skincare brands upgrading production lines.
It achieves full-process automation (jar feeding, inner liner assembly, cap screwing, leak testing) with 1800-2800 pcs/hour (customizable), replacing 6-8 workers. ±0.03mm precision and 98.5%+ qualification rate are guaranteed by multi-station inspection.
GMP-compliant with 316L stainless steel and food-safe parts, it supports various jar sizes and styles. Quick-change fixtures enable 3-minute model switches, integrating seamlessly with filling and labeling machines to boost efficiency and cut costs.
After the equipment has been assembled and debugged, we will select suitable packaging materials to properly protect the equipment. This will effectively safeguard it against impacts, moisture, and ensure it is firmly secured, guaranteeing that the equipment arrives at its destination intact.
