On March 3, 2026, DJR Robotics announced the completion of a hundreds of millions of yuan Series D financing round. The round was co-led by the Liangxi Digital Industry Fund managed by Bohua Capital and a fund under CICC Capital, with participation from Beijing Shunyi Kechuang Group Fund and Houshayu “Zhonghe Runda” Industrial Investment Fund.
The raised capital will be used to iterate industrial embodied intelligence technologies and enhance the intelligence and flexibility of multi-configuration robots. Meanwhile, the company will strengthen market penetration in advantageous sectors such as shipbuilding & marine engineering, energy & power, and expand into strategic emerging fields including aerospace. In addition, investment will be increased in R&D of Physical AI and humanoid robots.
Core Technology & Business Achievements
With a decade of technological accumulation, DJR’s self-developed industrial software platform RoBIM CLOUD has evolved into an industrial intelligent digital infrastructure (Agent Infra) that connects data, algorithms, and physical execution. Adopting a modular design, the platform deeply integrates robot motion control, visual perception, and process decision-making. Through closed-loop accumulation of process data and algorithm iteration, it provides technical support for discrete manufacturing scenarios.
On the business side, based on the RoBIM CLOUD infrastructure, DJR focuses on metal processing processes including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly, and has launched a variety of flexible robotic manufacturing equipment. To address on-site uncertainties such as assembly errors and workpiece deformation, its intelligent robot system with “hand-eye-brain” collaboration enables adaptive operation in dynamic environments.

Physical AI and Humanoid Robot Ecosystem
Looking toward the future factory ecosystem, DJR has laid out strategies in Physical AI and humanoid robots. Since 2025, the company has cooperated with multiple humanoid robot enterprises to explore application potential in scenarios such as metal welding and flexible workpiece grinding. As an underlying technical support, the RoBIM CLOUD platform is compatible with industrial robots, collaborative robots, humanoid robots, and other configurations. It is evolving into an intelligent infrastructure with “group brain network” scheduling capabilities, which can assign tasks according to production needs and promote collaborative operation of different robot configurations.
