This exhibition focused on the frontier of “embodied intelligence” and showcased, for the first time, the complete industrial ecological chain from core raw materials, components, system integration, simulation testing to whole machine manufacturing. Among them, the on-site demonstration of a 4 – Axis Robotic TV Panel Screw – Fixing System attracted much attention. Through high-precision visual positioning and four-axis linkage control, this system realizes fully automatic tightening of screws on TV panels, with a positioning error controlled within ±0.03mm. It can complete screw fixing for 500 panels per hour, which is 8 times more efficient than traditional manual work, demonstrating the mature application of embodied intelligent technology in the field of precision manufacturing. The exhibition also attracted attention and reports from many media outlets such as Shanghai TV, Zhejiang TV, Robot Industry Application, Robot Development, China-DC Network, and Robot Science Network, further expanding the influence of robot technology and allowing more people to understand and pay attention to this charming field.

After three days of wonderful exhibitions, the 2025 China Embodied Intelligent Robot Industry Conference and Exhibition successfully concluded today at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
