On March 10, Orbbec Inc. (Stock Code: 688322.SH) announced that its application for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets in 2025 had been approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Approval Document [2026] No. 394). This marks the official launch of the private placement financing plan. The company will further focus on its core business, increase investment in R&D and capacity expansion in the AI vision sensor sector, and consolidate its leading position in the industry.<\/p>\n
