In July this year, Qianxun Intelligent (Spirit AI) announced the completion of a nearly 600 million yuan Pre-A round of financing. On September 8th, industrial and commercial information from Tianyancha showed that recently, Qianxun Intelligent (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, adding JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd., China Internet Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), Astrend V (Hong Kong) Beta Limited, etc., as shareholders. At the same time, its registered capital increased from approximately 1.95 million yuan to about 2.37 million yuan.<\/p>\n

In June this year, Qianxun Intelligent officially released Moz1, a full-force-controlled humanoid robot equipped with its self-developed VLA model. As China\u2019s first high-performance full-body force-controlled humanoid robot, Moz1 has achieved multiple breakthroughs in hardware: it is configured with 26 degrees of freedom throughout the body, equipped with integrated force-controlled joints with the world\u2019s highest power density, and adopts China\u2019s top high-precision and high-speed WBC algorithm, with a load-to-weight ratio of 1:1. To support the precision assembly of core components such as joints, Moz1\u2019s production line has introduced the<\/u><\/p>\n
