According to the agreement, CloudMind will be responsible for the global sales, marketing, and after-sales service of UBtech humanoid robot products; UBtech will focus on product R&D, production, technical support, and upgrades to ensure the technological leadership and competitiveness of its products in the global market. The two parties will further strengthen cooperation in specific project collaboration, brand promotion, product marketing, and talent training, and through deep integration of artificial intelligence and robotics technology, jointly create replicable and scalable “humanoid robot + smart factory” demonstration application scenarios, promoting the systematic upgrading and global layout of intelligent manufacturing.
