It has taken the development of smart construction as an important starting point to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, focused on key points such as policy<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong> coordination, industrial agglomeration<\/strong><\/span>, innovation \u2013 led and integrated development, and guided smart \u2013 construction pilot cities to cultivate leading edges such as a full \u2013 chain industrial ecosystem, the integrated development of the information industry, and the innovative application of construction robots. Up to now, the province has released 42 provincial \u2013 level smart \u2013 construction pilot projects and 138 typical cases of innovative services of new technologies and products in smart construction. Three projects have been listed as national smart \u2013 construction pilot projects, and a total of 55 experience \u2013 based practices have been included in the list of replicable experience \u2013 based practices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban \u2013 Rural Development and promoted nationwide, with the quantity remaining ahead in the country.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Guangzhou\u2019s Experience: Dual \u2013 Driven by Policy Guidance and Technical Specifications to Solve the Problem of Smart \u2013 Construction Implementation<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guangzhou\u2019s experience and practices in policy \u2013 planning formulation, modular \u2013 building incentives, bidding \u2013 technology application, pilot \u2013 standard refinement, technical evaluation, and case promotion have been promoted nationwide.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Improved policy system:<\/strong><\/span> Issued medium \u2013 and long \u2013 term plans such as the \u201cImplementation Plan for Guangzhou as a Smart \u2013 Construction Pilot City\u201d and the \u201cFive \u2013 Year Action Plan for Accelerating the New \u2013 Type Building Industrialization in Guangzhou (2024 \u2013 2028)\u201d to clarify the development path; required that no less than 15% of the area of urban \u2013 village renovation and public \u2013 rental \u2013 housing projects adopt modular buildings, and took the lead in the country to give a 6% area reward (three projects have already obtained an incentive area of 2,455.92 square meters); included smart \u2013 construction technical requirements in the bidding documents of key projects and planned to incorporate them into the bid \u2013 evaluation method.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Rich technical system:<\/strong><\/span> Released a series of standards such as the \u201cConstruction Regulations for Industrialized Buildings\u201d and the \u201cEvaluation Guidelines for Smart \u2013 Construction Projects\u201d to standardize the promotion of technologies; provided a basis for technical optimization by tracking pilot applications through regular evaluations, on \u2013 site observations, and exchanges; released 64 typical cases to help with the transformation of achievements and industry progress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Shenzhen\u2019s Experience: Full \u2013 Chain Layout and Ecological Construction to Create a High \u2013 Ground for the Smart \u2013 Construction Industry<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shenzhen\u2019s experience and practices in the five major measures of pilot \u2013 tracking, technology \u2013 promotion, standard \u2013 introduction, industrial \u2013 chain construction, and talent \u2013 cultivation have been promoted nationwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pilot and technology \u2013 promotion:<\/span><\/strong> Cumulatively cultivated 124 smart \u2013 construction pilot projects, released 36 new \u2013 technology cases (8 of which were selected by the Ministry of Housing and Urban \u2013 Rural Development), and updated the technology catalog to the third edition (covering 47 technologies in seven major sections).<br \/>\nStandard and pricing innovation: Issued the \u201cSupplementary Sub \u2013 items for Construction Robots (Trial)\u201d to clarify the calculation method of use costs and provide a pricing basis for the application of construction robots.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Industrial \u2013 chain and ecology:<\/span> <\/strong>Focused on developing six characteristic industrial chains and released 40 industrial \u2013 chain enterprises; established the Low \u2013 Altitude Economy Alliance, the Guangdong \u2013 Hong Kong \u2013 Macao Industrial Alliance, and the first national smart \u2013 construction society to promote industrial integration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Talent \u2013 cultivation:<\/span><\/strong> Trained ten thousand industrial workers relying on 10 training bases, carried out \u201cScience Popularization into Campus\u201d covering nearly a thousand students, and held the \u201cShenzhen Craftsman Cup\u201d competition to improve professional skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Foshan\u2019s Experience:<\/span><\/strong> Coordination of Policy, Industry, Technology, and Talent to Consolidate the Foundation for the Development of Smart Construction<br \/>\nFoshan\u2019s experience and practices in policy \u2013 system, industry \u2013 cultivation, technology \u2013 application, and talent \u2013 cultivation have been promoted nationwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Policy and pilot \u2013 cultivation:<\/span><\/strong> Issued the \u201cWork Plan for Foshan as a Smart \u2013 Construction Pilot City\u201d and released three technical standards; promoted the \u201cNew Urban Construction\u201d pilot, built a CIM basic platform; selected 30 pilot projects and 16 leading enterprises, and gave integrity \u2013 points addition and capital \u2013 reward subsidies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Technical evaluation and management:<\/span><\/strong> Innovatively introduced the \u201cEvaluation Guidelines for the Smart \u2013 Construction Level of Municipal Infrastructure Projects\u201d, established a \u201cpilot \u2013 evaluation \u2013 promotion\u201d closed \u2013 loop, and 9 excellent projects received points \u2013 addition incentives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Industry and talent:<\/span><\/strong> Established a smart \u2013 construction industry association to promote industrial \u2013 chain coordination;
